04Our approach

Six principles,applied throughout.

They apply identically whether the consignment is a reagent for a gold plant or a container of packaged food.

01

Reliability

Consistent supply and delivery performance, because the operations we serve cannot pause while a consignment catches up.

02

Quality

Products sourced from established international manufacturers and verified against specification before they move.

03

Compliance

Full adherence to the laws, permits, licences and safety requirements attached to regulated and hazardous goods.

04

Efficiency

Sourcing, shipping, clearance and delivery coordinated as one process rather than four handovers.

05

Partnership

Long-term working relationships with suppliers and clients on both sides of the trade.

06

Integrity

Transparent dealing, accurate documentation and commitments we intend to keep.

05Questions

Practical answers.

01Which markets do you serve?

Tanzania is our base and our gateway. From there we serve the Democratic Republic of Congo, Zambia, Uganda and Kenya, along with wider African markets as our supplier and distribution networks grow.

02Do you handle regulated and hazardous materials?

Yes. Products such as sodium cyanide and sulphur are supplied strictly in accordance with applicable laws, permits, licences and safety requirements. The permitting sits inside the same workflow as the shipping and clearance, not beside it.

03Can you source a product that is not in your portfolio?

Yes. The published portfolio reflects what we move most often, not the limit of what we supply. Where a client has a requirement, we source it against specification through our international manufacturer network.

04Do you handle clearing and forwarding for consignments you did not supply?

Yes. Clearing and forwarding is a standalone service line — cargo documentation, customs clearance, port and terminal coordination, transit documentation, inland transport, container movement, cross-border transit and delivery coordination.

05Are you a trader, a logistics company, or a clearing agent?

All three, deliberately. The delay and cost in regional trade tend to appear at the handovers between those roles. We hold them together so that one party is accountable from the manufacturer's gate to the client's.

06How do we start working with you?
